I was in really bad shape with my knees. I had been told by many people that due to my weight I wouldn't be able to have my knee replacement done. However when I was finally seen by Mr Childs, he was the first one to tell me my weight wouldn't change what he was going to do.
When my operation was done, he said it was needed and I've just had my follow up appointment. I am now walking up straight and doing better than I have in a long time. It's amazing.
I want to thank Mr Childs for everything he has done for me and he has put me on the waiting list for my other knee aswell.
