Since coming under James's care in October 2021 I have been impressed by his straightforward professionalism in all respects. Timeliness, being well briefed on my case and the clarity of his advice with respect to my future surgery and recovery . These feelings were reinforced by his later clear recollections about me and my interests showing a very bright, cheerful and likeable attitude to his patients. On the day of the procedure he was there early to give me a briefing and explain about a slight delay due to an emergency he had to deal with. Throughout the whole procedure that day he obviously had the total confidence of the whole support team and hence the total success of his work. I met James again today for a final check and not only was he spot on time but once again we had a very relaxed and professional meeting . A great job all round ! Thank you. Arthur Berry
