Mr Bourne was excellent, really helpful when I needed somebody to give me a pathway for assessment as I was struggling to get this elsewhere. He was kind, listened and thorough in his medical knowledge and his assessment of my pain. Whilst I still don't know the cause of my pain and am undertaking further investigations, I would be totally assured if I needed to go back to Mr Bourne. I can only recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to post feedback, and for your kind words. It is horrible to be in pain, and natural to seek a cause and solution for it. It can also be massively frustrating trying to navigate health services which seem to become more and more complex as time goes on and with ongoing "drives" for efficiency and minimising resource use within the NHS. My first instinct is to try and help within my field of expertise, but failing that I do try to plot a course to try and help. Thanks for letting me know that this has been helpful to you.
