I can only praise Mr Bourne to the highest of surgeons, from day one, all his team from pre-op to coming into hospital for my spinal surgery.
The whole staff on ward “Leyland” were excellent, and extremely attentive to all my needs and very professional in every manner.
The operation was a little daunting but Mr Bourne has the communication skill of a saint, explaining in detail the pros and cons of the operation and makes you feel totally at ease and confident and relaxed.
His team of anaesthetist headed by Ms Alison Waite was just fantastic in every level of professionalism I just can’t praise the whole team enough.
After suffering for three years with severe lower back pain and sciatica down my legs. Mr Bourne has given me my quality of life back. Just the best......

Undergoing spinal surgery can be daunting, this is complicated by the potential risks, and also by the technical nature of some of the operations we perform. The team continually try to explain it better, and I am glad that comes across. I'm glad things are going well, and things should continue to settle best wishes.
