Mr Bourne seemed a bit "stiff" at our first meeting, but getting to know him over several months he turned out to be a lovely man, a fantastic listener, with great sense of humour and by the end of treatment felt like a friend. The total opposite of my first impression! I would trust him and his professionalism without any doubt whatsoever and would highly recommend him to anyone needing spinal treatment. After treating me for a broken neck, Jim Bourne has enabled me to now lead life to the full thanks to his determination not to give up and we have together achieved a fantastic outcome. (would not recommend wearing a spinal halo to anyone though) Words cannot express my sincere thanks for all his efforts, care and compassion. Thank you Jim from the both of us. Australia here we come!

Thanks for your kind words. You are right, it is a team effort, and that involved you, and your partner, as well as all the health care professionals. You have met pretty much the whole team, as your treatment was complex. I'm really glad that you made it through, and with an unwavering sense of good humour. I recognise I can seem a bit "Stiff" at first, fair comment. Thanks Jim.
