Mr Chawla is a good communicator. His advice was clear and concise. Very easy to understand.
The procedure went well. Mr Chawla and his team were very professional and attentive. I did not suffer any unforeseen issues at all. It was painless from start to finish, I did not require any pain remedies.
Other than Mr Chawla being an Arsenal fan (!), I would definitely recommend him for ophthalmic consultancy or treatment.
