I had seen four eye doctors (and not got a definitive diagnosis) before being lucky enough to be seen by Mr Sherafat. His experience and depth of knowledge were clearly apparent, and his manner was such that I trusted him immediately and his excellent people-skills put me at ease at what was a worrying time for me.
As I was an 'interesting case', I was further impressed by his keenness for his juniors to witness the symptoms I was presenting – of course, he consulted me first on this.
All in all, I can't recommend this professional, knowledgable and courteous man highly enough. I feel very lucky.
