Having suffered with sciatic pain for over 2 years, despite injections and very strong medication, the pain had become so intense (I could not even walk 10 steps first thing in the morning) that we booked a consultation with Mr Henry Budd, where he showed us the result of the MRI scan and answered all my questions, explaining very clearly what needed to be carried out.
My spinal decompression operation took place in mid September and Mr Budd visited me personally immediately after surgery to re-assure me that it had all gone well.
The very next day I could tell that my sciatic pain had gone away and now recovery from the surgery continues as expected, I have just had my follow up consultation with Mr Budd who concisely explained the extent of the surgical work that was carried out.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would like to thank Mr Budd for using his expertise which has given me back my mobility, I have no hesitation in recommending him as a very caring surgeon for anyone who has any spinal issues.
