I initially contacted Mr Thomas after discovering a breast lump and was referred to see a specialist privately. We made contact with him by phone at around 7pm on a Friday evening and he was extremely helpful and offered to see me within 2 days, he was very helpful and provided me with the procedure codes I would need to provide to my health insurers in order to have the right tests, should I need them. Upon visiting Mr Thomas, I found him to be a kind and caring consultant. He is calm in nature and took his time to listen to my symptoms and proceeded to an examination, I always felt dignified and he showed me a great deal of respect, privacy and empathy in what can be a traumatic situation. Mr Thomas was thorough in his approach and suggested a number of different tests to investigate the issue. All the way through the process he kept me well informed and explained the next steps. He offered his help should we have more questions. Thankfully, after all the investigations it has been determined my symptoms are not cause for any concern, I have visited Mr Thomas 6 months after my initial visit and he was his usual kind, considerate and empathetic self. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Thomas to any female dealing with breast issues. He is a true professional and expert in his field. He is kind and you can be sure you will be dealt with dignity and consideration.
