I have suffered with foot problems for several years but never had the courage to see anyone about it. I got more and more frustrated because I love the outdoors, have a campervan and two dogs to being able to walk is very important to me. Eventually I plucked up courage and contacted Mr Mann's office to arrange an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so straightforward to make an appointment. When I met Mr Mann he immediately put me at my ease, took time to examine my foot and explained in a very straightforward way what he would be able to do for me. At no time did I feel I was being rushed or under any pressure to making a decision. I felt I could take as much time as I needed. When it came to the surgery, because of Mr Mann's kind and patient manner, I felt extremely confident and relaxed and his aftercare was second-to-none. Thanks to Mr Mann I now have two good feet and hopefully I will be able to enjoy my camping trips again this year with lots of great walks.
