I found the doctor to be very understanding of my condition and sympathetic to my concerns.
The procedure was clearly explained with two options offered. I elected for the least invasive one and, although the procedure was painful, the outcome appears better than expected.
From the time we met, i was impressed by the Doctors quiet confidence, expertise and caring professionalism, in short, a very nice, competent man who, i would say, is an asset to the medical profession, i would not hesitate in accepting any future treatment offered by him.
All staff involved, from reception and theatre, through to aftercare were very professional but caring, which instils patient confidence.
