I was suffering with tremendous sciatic pain and needed spinal surgery, a daunting prospect! Mr Rudol answered my questions and discussed my MRI images. He explained the need for, and possible complications from the surgery and I was added to the waiting list. He was thorough but re-assuring. I kept hearing good reports from previous patients too! I was lucky to be offered a cancellation slot. I realised the 100% success when I was helped out of bed the next morning.
I unfortunately developed a problem from the metalwork used in my spine. Options to help were clearly discussed and the risk of further operation or waiting and watching was discussed, with statistics. I had every confidence in the advice given and we fortunately both wanted to foolow the same course.
