Mr Rudol has provided me with an exceptional experience. He's been clear, concise, helpful, positive and informative at every level. He's made me feel like he's gone out of his way for me and has been understanding and brilliant all the way for me. I was extremely nervous and anxious about my initial operation, having had some not great experiences previously with the NHS and other operations (for different things), and was in a great deal of pain and hugely frustrated at not getting any results with my condition and the length of time it seemed to be taking to get nowhere. As soon as I was referred to Mr Rudol, it was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, he took the time to explain exactly what was on the MRI scan, what it meant, what they could do etc. He demonstrated what he would be doing and what the risks were, but his manner was such that he was reassuring, confident and put all my fears to rest. Since having the operation, I couldn't be happier. THe scar is non existent, the pain has disappeared and that particular problem has been totally solved and I am delighted. The post operative care and follow ups has been great, again Mr Rudol has been patient and helpful and very personable. He's helped with suggestions for further (separate) back issues I have and directed me down the route I need to go and has made time for me and treated me as if I matter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone (and indeed have). Thank you so much.
