I was referred to Mr Rudol relating an ongoing neck issue. It transpired that I needed an ACDF (2 levels).
The support, professionalism and much appreciated humour/whit helped me overcome any nervousness that I had leading up to, during and after the procedure.
I could have asked for a better experience of the service provided by the NHS, in particular, Mr Rudol and his staff
My quality of life has improved all expectation
