Mr. Bounds operated on me at Mount Vernon in 1995. I was 48 at the time and now 73 years old(Nearly) Not a day goes by that I don't mentally thank him for what he did for me. Unbelievable patience and care. I wanted to email him to say thank you after all these years but no address. Quite often when I visit a dentist the students are asked in to study Mr. Bound's handi-work. One dentist even guessed who had operated on me, I hope he reads this and knows how grateful my family is to him. His dedication to all his patience was exemplary in my opinion. So Thank you. Went to see this doctor about chronic and severe pain in my jaw by my joint. I told him how much pain I was in, after which he tried to pry my jaw open which had locked - offering no pain reduction prior - which was already excruciating and incredibly invasive and unnecessary! He subsequently decided to be incredibly rude and unhelpful in telling me to ‘sort out my problems’ rather than offering any clinical advice or treatment. I wholeheartedly and Irrefuteably believe this service is completely unacceptable and refuse to endorse this clinician, would not recommend him to anyone and, despite complaining, have received no formal apology.

We met Dr Bounds as my 4 year old had to have teeth extracted under general anaesthetic urgently. Dr Bound's office arranged everything and were very sympathetic and helpful. It required a consultation and surgery a day or 2 later. The doctor was very understanding and the whole treatment experience made us feel very relaxed in these difficult times.
