Despite my being a doctor Mr Khera treated me professionally and assumed nothing. He is clearly not a knife happy surgeon, thankfully! He listened to me, was a straight talker and clear in his advice.
My operation and peri-operative phase were not straightforward and my older daughter in particular was fearful and worried. he dealt with her well, not hurrying or talking in a confusing manner. She felt better when he had spoken
