The care and time given to us by both Nigel Perry and Giles Warner cannot be faulted. One comment I would add, is an administrative issue that needs improving. The appointment letter (and reminder letter) only states the time to see the consultant. It does not take into account time needed for the audiologist's tests beforehand. It would be much more useful to build in the 20 minutes or so needed for these tests prior to seeing the consultant, otherwise the timings go completely awry. This is not good, especially when you've got children waiting over an hour (we were caught out by this on our last visit, so we avoided it this time by arriving half an hour prior to our stated appointment time).
