Mr Warner was keen to explain my treatment in terms I could understand, going as far as to draw me a diagram of what my issue was and how he intended to treat it. He talked me through the procedure, describing the sounds and sensations I should expect and offering reassurance that I could halt it at any time. The procedure was performed quickly, with the minimum of discomfort. He was consumately professional throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

The care and time given to us by both Nigel Perry and Giles Warner cannot be faulted. One comment I would add, is an administrative issue that needs improving. The appointment letter (and reminder letter) only states the time to see the consultant. It does not take into account time needed for the audiologist's tests beforehand. It would be much more useful to build in the 20 minutes or so needed for these tests prior to seeing the consultant, otherwise the timings go completely awry. This is not good, especially when you've got children waiting over an hour (we were caught out by this on our last visit, so we avoided it this time by arriving half an hour prior to our stated appointment time).
