I had a cystoscopy under Mr Gidon Ellis, consultant urologist. Mr Ellis's team were very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable and well-informed when I arrived. Mr Ellis discussed with me my symptoms and the procedure in-depth. Mr Ellis made me feel very comfortable and well informed before carrying out the procedure. The cystoscopy itself was carried out very well. During the whole procedure, Mr Ellis kept me informed of what he was seeing and doing on the screen. I felt the procedure was done very well. Post-procedure, Mr Ellis really took the time to discussed his findings and results of the cystoscopy at depth. He even discussed previous tests with me to give me further peace of mind. I found him to be very caring. Throughout the whole process, Mr Ellis and his team made me feel comfortable, safe and well informed. They were very professional and the post-procedure service was excellent. I would wholly recommend the medical services of Mr Gidon Ellis and his team ! Thank you Mr Ellis.
