I attended to the royal free hospital yesterday after having waited over a year for this appointment to be seen. I have had recurrent urine infections and kidney infections since I was 3 and over the last 3 years have been seen in barnet and chase farm hospital on a regular basis. This was the first appointment I had to attend to the royal free and met Dr Ellis who was the first doctor I felt understood my ongoing illness and provided information on what action should be taken going forward. I was quickly sent off for scans and tests which I have usually waited for months to get after attending barnet and chase farm hospitals which now feel like they have been a complete waste of time over the years. This is the first doctor who has assured that progression to prevent more UTIs in my life which make e very unwell will be actioned which has been the first time in 13 years. Was very pleased to off met him and glad there are doctors who can see that at young aged adult needs action to be taken.
