I saw Mr Ellis at the Royal Free London NHS today. Although he was having a busy morning I felt that I was receiving his full attention when I was with him. He took me through the procedure explaining everything that appeared on the monitor and found time to talk about further possible treatment at a later date.
Everybody that I have had contact with at the hospital this week in have been efficient and very polite trying to do their best for the patient.
