Mr Ellis offered a wonderful - and all too rare combination - of treating me as an individual on an equal footing to himself and at the same time provided a very clear and authoritative diagnosis and prognosis. Not only did I trust him totally but I also felt I had had an enjoyable and comfortable conversation.
