Dr Ellis who I had seen for the first time at this appointment made me feel at ease. He listened to all I had to say and I felt he valued my contribution and experience of the issues involved. He explained very clearly his diagnosis and the possible treatment options. I felt much more confident that I understood the symptoms and the reasons I am currently experiencing these Issue's.
