Mr Ellis was very pleasant yet efficient. He called me into his room much sooner than I had expected. He listened to my problem, asked questions and interrupted tactfully when I was embarking on an unnecessarily detailed account of my medical history. He gave me opportunities to ask supplementary questions, and I left the consultation feeling very reassured.
