Dear Mr.Gidon Ellis,
I am very grateful that you saw me on the 12/12/2022 regarding my prostrate.
You took time to explain to me the reason why I have to go so often to pass water as well as having a very weak flow. You also explained to me different actions ( operations) available to overcome the problems. Thank you for arranging CT angiogram.
I hope to discuss the course of action after the CT scan with you or your appointed colleague.
