Mr Ellis has a warm and friendly smile and puts you at ease very quickly. He has the old, but great, bedside manner which is very reassuring for many. He is attentive, extremely knowledgable and explains everything clearly and precisely and is very happy to answer any questions to reduce any anxiety or fears.
