Mr McGowan was my consultant for retinal eye surgery, and his level of care both pre and post surgery was excellent.
He explained the procedure clearly, ensuring I understood and was happy.
Thanks to Mr McGowan I am no longer considered registered blind in my left eye, and have nothing but high praise for him.
