What a team. Having seen the amazing care and results the Reflect Clinic had provided for my sister, I felt I could give them the utmost trust and confidence to provide excellent care for me too.
From first contact with Reflect Clinic's Clinical Manager, Jayne, through the pre-op consultations with Mr Lambe, to the operation day and post-op care it was all about me. My needs, my expectations, my worries. Nothing was too much trouble, my needs were met, my expectations surpassed and my worries waylaid.
I was made to feel like the Reflect Clinic's most important client and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or consulting them in the future.
