I much appreciated the interest he took in me as a person and the trouble he went to to take a detailed history, and understand the particular reasons and problems for which I was consulting him.
His explanations for what was causing my symptoms and how far he could go to alleviate them was simple and easily understandable by a layman.
All in all I found him very helpful and sympathetic
