Mr Kelly provided excellent service and advice about my ears. The problem had been bothering me for some time, and turned out not to be a major health issue, but his approach was very professional throughout. He put me at ease instantly, which made the experience so much better. He was knowledgeable, helpful and informative... and he made the problem better. Thanks again Mr Kelly
