My son (Age 5) suffered ear problems and we were bounced from GP appointment to GP. We saw Mr Kelly privately, who assessed the problem, used appropriate diagnosis/ test, tools and technology to accurately identify and treat the root cause. Since the course of treatment prescribed by Mr Kelly my son no longer suffers from ear issues, and as parents we are very much more well informed. As a family we always return to Mr Kelly with respect to any ENT issues.
Beside manner fantastic with children, approachable, reads the child well and enables the child to feel at ease and comfortable with consultations or diagnosis/test.
Professional and trustworthy, would recommend to others.

Thank you! I think, in dealing with children who are patients, the most important thing is to speak to the patient! First speak to the child (then speak to the parents or carers), the child is the important person in the room! Even if they are very young, asking them what the problems is let's them know that their voice is heard and that they are here to be heard and helped and, quite often, even when very young, they sum up their symptoms and fears better than anyone!
