Doctor Gerard Kelly, is an engaging and empathetic individual who took the necessary time to understand the problems I was having with a dysfunctional eustachian tube. He recognised that although not life threatening, treating my condition could help improve my quality of life. Doctor Kelly clearly explained what my options where taking the time to listen and to answer my questions. It is clear that Gerard is motivated to help people and enjoys his practice. I would also reinforce that his nursing team enjoyed working with him and spoke about his kindness and generous nature.
