My daughter is a swimmer with recurrent otitis externa, and after a recent flare up resulted in her needing oral antibiotics for cellulitis, I thought it was time to see a specialist. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and booking was easy. On the day, Mr Kelly put my daughter at ease, explained the problem (and its chronic nature) clearly and the treatment he provided for her has been effective. He has since been very responsive to questions over email, which is much appreciated, and we would certainly go and see him again if needed.
