My left ear requires microsuction every 3 months to prevent ear infections due to past mastoidectomy operations. I am no longer receiving the required level of care at my NHS hospital, partly due to changes in staff, lack of training/knowledge and also, but not the main reason, partly due to backlogs caused by Covid.
My ear problem appears to now be under control once again.
Mr Kelly is ultimately professional but also very humble and easy to talk to. A rare breed indeed!
