Very kind and compassionate manner.
Took time to explain the problem and display my XRs.
Understood the impact of my disability on livelihood and mental health.
Willing to discuss treatment options and tailor care to my personal circumstances.
Administered steroid injections very carefully to give pain relief and has arranged follow up.
