I have now had 2 back operations under the care of Mr Spink and on both occasions he has given me my life back. He is such a gentleman, explains everything in a way you can understand and is a 5 star neurosurgeon. I would not have any hesitation is recommending Mr Spink to anyone. He is first class and 'simply the best'. Alan Andrew
