Whilst we have no concerns about this Dr, his secretary is really difficult to get hold of and really not helpful in arranging follow up procedures. Having had a confirmation from her 3w ago that my sons surgery is booked for this Friday. We have had no communication from the hospital re the admission process, what time we need to be there etc. Her response to this was call the hospital. When I called the hospital, the admissions team had not received a booking from her so they don’t have my son booked. Again, we are unable to get hold of this secretary. We are now unsure whether or not my 1 year old will have surgery this Friday or not…this has resulted in us finding another consultant. As the secretary was unhelpful and disorganised, it made me lose faith and confidence continuing with the doctor.
