Mr Robertson is clearly a highly experienced and talented surgeon, but beyond that has a great ability to communicate in a caring and professional manner.
He always made time for me and I will always be grateful for him for helping me, especially in the early, painful days.
I was lucky to receive his time and have no suggestions that could have improved my experience.
