I was fortunate enough to be referred to Mr Robertson by my GP after a scan revealed I had Gallstones. I was amazed at how quickly Mr Robertson saw me. After my intial meeting with him he sent me for a MRI the following week with an apointment to discuss the results with him the day after the scan. He then explained the procedure for removing my Gallbladder and booked me in for the op 10 days later. I duly arrived at the Nuffield 10 days later and was treated with the utmost care and respect by all. I was shown to my room which was spotless and very comfortable. A very nice young lady came round with a menu for me to choose my breakfast for the following morning and a snack for after my op. My nurse came in to take me through what would happen next. Mr Robertson came in and took me through the procedure making sure I was ok with everything. Within two hours of checking in I was taken down for the op. I received great care overnight by Choo, a great nurse. I was checked out the next morning by Mr Robertson and allowed to go home. I have just been to see him today for my post op check up. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Roberston or the staff at the Nuffield. They are all caring, kind and proffesional and treat you with the utmost respect. Thank you all.
