This was my first experience of surgery and I found Mr Robertson to be extremely understanding and reassuring. He explained the procedure clearly and was happy to answer questions. The operation was a complete success and I returned home the same day. Mr Robertson is an experienced surgeon who I would recommend to anyone requiring his excellent skills.
I would also like to mention the friendly and helpful staff at the Leicester Nuffield Hospital who took such excellent care of me.
I was very impressed by the whole experience.
