I did not meet this Dr. until the morning of surgery due to a late change for my admission. This gentleman put me at ease and spoke with me throughout the operation that was performed by one of his junior team under local anaesthetic.
The follow up appointment was again very reassuring.
Some people complain about our N.H.S. the waiting the bedside manner of nurses
but my experience has been one of complete satisfaction for the Dr. and all the staff at Ashford day surgery unit.
