Gautam is friendly and warm with a lovely bedside manner. I was so concerned and worried about my carpal tunnel but he gave me so much reassurance and confidence and i felt special and that he cared. Usually when I see consultants I feel as though I am just a number and they can be a little arrogant but not so with Gautam. A gentleman doctor who is an asset to the medical profession.
To be perfectly honest I doubt he could improve in any shape or form. If I was the King I would give him a knighthood.
