I first saw Mr. Batra in 2018 with pain in my right knee but didn't feel it was severe enough for a knee replacement at that time so we agreed on a cortisone injection which helped me considerably for several months. However, earlier this year the pain increased which was affecting both my sleep and walking any distance. We agreed on a total knee replacement which took place in July and I was able to return home two days after the operation.
Mr. Batra and the staff treated me with dignity, listened to me and gave me excellent care both during my hospitalisation and visits to outpatients.
Very happy with the knee replacement which healed quite quickly. I have a further appointment for a 6 month check up and I believe this will be followed up again at the 12 month point.
