Firstly, Mr Batra was very friendly and approachable, he instilled confidence in both me and my wife and we felt comfortable to ask any questions. He made us feel we were in very safe hands, and we couldn't recommend him highly enough.
Our follow up appointments were equally helpful, we never felt rushed or unable to discuss my care. Brilliant experience from start to finish!
