I felt that the doctor had fully explained the procedure. I was advised of realistic results following surgery. The consultant was very approachable and easy to talk to. I received first class NHS care and treatment at Trafford General Hospital. I am delighted with the post operative result and hope to have my other knee replacement carried out this year, again by Mr Bhatra.
