After retiring from an active career I started to suffer with arthritis in my joints, causing me great pain!! I was referred to see Mr Batra, at Oaklands Hospital, who, over a period of approx 3 years, has performed total replacements to both my hips, and a knee.Initially, I was terrified of this procedure, but was amazed as to how professional the operation went ....I was treated with the utmost respect, and Mr Batra took time to explain everything to me, full details of the operation, and my aftercare....in layman terms.Mr Batra put me completely at ease, and after my first operation I had no fears whatsoever prior to the second two.Mr Batra has completely changed my life, and I am totally pain free now !!! I had taken pain killers for almost 20yrs...and I do not need any whatsoever, following my last operation.
