I would just like to express my gratitude to Mr Batra and all the nursing staff who have taken care of me during and following my hip replacement.
I am no longer in pain which is fabulous, my quality of life has improved 100%
I have needed aftercare for my wound and could not have had a more caring staff during this period including Mr Batra who came into every nurses clinic appointment to check my progress giving me support and discussed any concerns I may have.
I could absolutely recommend Mr Batra and the staff (special mention to nurses Jackie and Cath) at Oakland Hospital, the level of care as an NHS patient could not be better, even if l was a private patient.
Well done to all the team.
