The whole experience with Mr Ross from start to finish was faultless. He listens without judgement and provides support and professional advice - every bit of nerves and apprehension I had quickly dissappeared. The procedure went incredibly well, and beforehand Mr Ross explained in detail what would happen before and after surgery. I cannot recommend Mr Ross enough to anyone considering rhinoplasty - he is fantastic!
