I had abdominoplasty 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results.
From my first consultation with Mr Ross I felt totally at ease and comfortable. He explained the procedure, the expected results, showed me plenty of examples of other patients and answered my many questions! I really liked that he talked normal language rather than medical babble too
On the day of the op I felt totally confident about the care I was going to receive. I was well looked after by all the staff at the Alex and it was reassuring to know that Mr Ross was on the end of the email in those first few days if needed. I had a very speedy response from him, particularly considering it was a Sunday
I would definitely recommend Mr Ross without hesitation
