A great big thank you to Gary Ross and his fantastic team. I had a fleur de lys procedure in November 2022 - it has changed my life. I felt completely safe and reassured from the initial consultation to the finished result, which has exceeded all my expectations. We had several virtual meetings as well as face to face ones, in which time all my questions were answered. Following my procedure, I have felt very well looked after by Gary and all the nursing team, who were professional, friendly and responsive. They gave me loads of great advice to aid my healing. I am so happy, I would not hesitate in recommending Gary and the team at The Alexandra, and if I decide to have any future surgery they will definitely be my number one choice.
